In Saturday's main feature race,
Hamish was in a league of his own in the FW07. 

It didn't seem so initially, as one or two others were right there in qualifying – particularly Sean Allen.  Sean was putting it all together now that his crew – after lots of hard work sorting the car – had given him a really good car to race. 

However, when the green flag dropped,
Hamish simply checked out.
 

Having parked the FW08 on Saturday,
 (even Lee's laying on of hands failed)
Pete decided to drive the McLaren on Sunday.

Unfortunately, whilst warming up the M19
just prior to forming up on the grid, the mechanical fuel-pump seal failed, pouring
 fuel all over the ground. 

There was nothing we could do to
repair it in time, so it was another
 disappointing Glen weekend for Pete!

Ed Barker tops up the FW07 for its next outing.

Hamish, Sean Allen, Bud Moeller and Ari Luyendyk were swapping places all around the track in what appeared to be a very hard-fought race – four cars fighting for the lead with a different car crossing the stripe for each of the first 6 laps. 

Then it was down to Hamish and Ari for the final laps, with Hamish taking the checker again.
